Location: Kidderminster
Role: Personal Assistant
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Full-time role
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 p/a
Are you a successful, enthusiastic, and experienced PA ready for a new role? Based in Kidderminster, this position requires a reliable team player who is happy to manage diary scheduling and international travel for directors, as well as other administrative duties. This is a great collaborative team environment where you can succeed. Key Responsibilities:
1. Organising directors' diaries, including booking travel, arranging meetings, taking minutes, and setting reminders.
2. Taking minutes during meetings.
3. General administrative work, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
4. Acting as the first point of contact for directors, managing and handling all calls.
5. Liaising with staff, external suppliers, and clients.
6. Writing and preparing documents on behalf of the directors.
7. Being the gatekeeper and point of contact for directors.
8. Administration of legal papers for the board.
9. Transferring calls from reception to the relevant person.
Required Skills:
1. Strong organisational skills
2. Proficiency in IT software, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
3. Customer service experience
4. A proactive, go-getting attitude
5. Knowledge of data and admin management practices and procedures
6. Previous experience as a PA (preferred)
