Compliance Administrator Job Type: Full-time Location: Dartford, D18 Salary: £30,000 We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Administrator to join our team. This role involves a wide range of administrative duties including document management, data and risk management, quality improvement initiatives, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative roles within risk and compliance, excellent organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail. Day-to-day of the role: Document Management: Handle onboarding and off-boarding of clients and suppliers. Create, maintain, and archive contractual documents and correspondence. Data & Risk Management: Maintain accurate trackers and files for clients and suppliers. Update compliance documentation and assist in due diligence processes. Quality Improvement: Support the administration and documentation for internal audits and inspections related to ISO9001, CHAS, and Safe Contractor standards. Customer Service: Manage customer enquiries, support team members, and assist in maintaining and developing client and supplier relationships. Company Meetings: Take responsibility for recording details, taking minutes, producing agendas, and managing follow-ups for company meetings. Directors Support: Provide efficient and accurate administrative support to the Directors. Compliance Checks: Conduct right to work checks in line with UK employment law and manage IR35 status determination statement records. GDPR Compliance: Support the internal audit department in ensuring that data protection practices are compliant with GDPR. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Compliance Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role with over 2 Years experience. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. Strong organisational abilities with the capability to manage multiple tasks. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
