We are delighted to be partnering with this award-winning law firm in their search for an experienced Legal Finance Manager to manage the accounts department and ensure compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
Key responsibilities:
1. Managing the firm's payroll
2. Producing VAT returns and payment of VAT
3. Preparation of monthly management accounts
4. Overseeing financial control on expenditure
5. Preparing year-end management accounts and liaising with the firm's accountants to produce year-end accounts
6. Required to attend Senior Management Team meetings and any other meetings as required by the firm
Required Skills/Experience:
You will need at least 5 years of experience in a Legal Practice, previous management experience, and a sound understanding of Solicitor Accounts Rules.
