Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (No overtime)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a £200k office refurbishment project for a regional building contractor in Dundee.
This is a temporary position for 9 weeks, starting on the 24th of March, including site setup.
The project will be delivered within a live environment, requiring careful coordination and communication to minimize disruption to the occupants.
Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day site management, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Managing subcontractors and site personnel.

Ensuring health & safety compliance and site documentation.
*
Liaising with clients and stakeholders, maintaining a professional, client-facing approach.
*
Coordinating site logistics, including deliveries and waste management.
Requirements:

SMSTS certification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
*
First Aid at Work certification
*
Previous experience managing refurbishment projects in live environments.
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
*
Strong client-facing nature and ability to build positive relationships.
