The successful candidate will join a team of media consultants whose core objective is to support FMCG manufacturer and media agencies with their growth plans by analysing the impact of their in-store sales and marketing activity and identifying opportunities to improve performance. This is achieved via insightful analysis of our effectiveness solutions Market Lift and Marketing Mix Modelling, powered by Circana’s EPOS Liquid Data. As a Media Effectiveness Consultant, you will work with a team to support contracted and ad hoc services to Circana’s analytics clients. Your role will be focussing on Media and Shopper Lift Projects (A/B Testing for media and/or in store shopper activities), being responsible for managing projects from sign off through to the delivery of reports and results, working closely with local technical experts and the offshore modelling team. Your audience for delivering these studies will include Media agencies, Media owners, retailers and Manufacturer brand teams as well as internal Circana stakeholders Job Responsibilities Part of the team responsible for set-up and implementation of A/B test studies with your core responsibilities focusing on analysis and delivery of insight for Circana Shopper and Media A/B Testing Supporting projects from sign off through to the delivery of reports and results, working closely with the Lift Analytics consultant, commercial team and offshore modelling team. Work with commercial consultants and analytics consultants to develop subject matter expertise in the process and delivery of Circana Media Lift solutions Use Circana proprietary software for Media Lift studies alongside Microsoft Office (PPT and Excel) Liaise with media agencies and media owners to collect the data for studies Quality checking study outputs and providing feedback to the modelling team Interpret modelling results and make insightful recommendations to our clients on their media spend and tests. Build benchmarks and industry knowledge to elevate the deliveries of Circana Lift studies. Requirements Previous relevant experience with data analysis or data management background Good knowledge of Media channels and how advertising works – Digital knowledge a big advantage Knowledge of different types of analytical principles such as A/B Testing, Multi-Touch attribution and Marketing Mix. Experience in A/B Testing and digital media a strong advantage. Applicants do not need to have a statistical background to apply but must have strong analytical skills with an aptitude for accurately managing and interpreting data.
