An Ofsted-rated Good primary school in Stourbridge is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This rewarding role involves working on a 1:1 basis, supporting children with special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviour. Role Highlights:
* Provide tailored support to children with SEN across different stages of the day.
* Implement strategies to encourage positive behaviour and engagement.
* Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to meet each child’s specific needs.

Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience working with children with SEN, particularly Autism, ADHD, and behavioural challenges.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to meet the varied needs of pupils.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
* A can-do attitude and a passion for making a difference in children’s lives.
Desirable:
* Relevant qualifications, such as Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
* Knowledge of de-escalation techniques or behaviour management strategies.
