Contact Centre Trainee Consultant*

Location: Manchester - Hybrid working
Salary: £26,424 OTE (£11.55 p/h)
Contract: 6-week temporary contract with potential for permanent placement
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.30 am - 4.30 pm
What You'll Do:
Provide outstanding customer support through email, ensuring every customer is left satisfied and valued
Meet key quality and productivity targets that contribute to an overall high standard of customer experience
Approach each inquiry with empathy and a customer-first mindset, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutionsWhat You Bring:
Proven experience in customer service; additional experience in admin or contact centres is a plus
Strong communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and engage customers
