THE ROLE
Our stockroom team work collaboratively and seamlessly to fulfil the customer experience from start to finish, going above and beyond for both our stores and customers, bringing our customer journey to life and supporting Browns on our mission to be the coolest multi-channel boutique in the world. In this role you will be responsible for the fulfilment of all online orders for the Retail Stores. Other responsibilities will be to complete 'Same Day' and 'Click and Collect' online orders, as well as to help manage and control the stock integrity in the stockroom by housekeeping and providing support to the Stockroom Manager on a daily basis.
What You´ll Do
* Supporting the stockroom with communication with the Sales Associates to locate, pick and run items requested accurately and efficiently, always ensuring the customer journey is seamless.
* Return stock from shop floor to the stockroom and store according to correct process.
* Work with Investigations Team to ensure all items unable to be located are investigated within a 24-hour time frame.
* Oversee all quality control for orders. Work with stockroom team and Browns distribution centre to control the stock integrity.
* Liaise with the Stockroom Manager in order to create action plans to avoid stock loss.
* Perform cycle counts and regular stock checks.
* Going above and beyond for the customer.
* Support the Stockroom Team in the delivery of administrative work related to Stockroom.
* Working with the Web Operations Team to pick all online orders within SLAs.
* Packing all items under the guidelines to dispatch to the Distribution Centre.
Who You Are
* Team player, this is all about supporting your team and building the best relationships across the boutique.
* Experienced administrative/data entry professional in a fashion retail environment.
* Worked as stockroom retail before.
* An expert using Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Passionate about accuracy and attention to detail to make things right.
* Able to communicate clearly in written and oral form.
* Problem solver and multitask professional.
