Who are our client looking for?
As a key member of the project delivery team, the Client Delivery Manager will take full responsibility for managing the live roll out of their clients vision into retail stores throughout the UK. Ensuring your clients project is fully resourced, completed on time, to budget and to the clients satisfaction the role involves working closely with merchandisers and the wider project team, to deliver a first-class merchandising service. The role with focus on project delivery, quality control, reporting, data management and stock control.
Previous experience is not essential, whats more important is a desire to succeed and to do this you must be able to demonstrate high attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, liaising with mechandisers and retailers mainly via the phone is an essential part of the role. Key skills for the role include:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Attentional to detail
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work at pace
* Comfortable and confident with using MS Office in particular Excel
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
* Being trustworthy and approachable, building rapport and trust with colleagues and clients alike
