Digital Marketing and Admin/Business Support Volunteer
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Christian volunteer to join The Kingdom Designs team. This role focuses on promoting our Christian apparel line, similar to Elevated Faith, and providing essential administrative and business support. If you live in Leicester, your local presence would be a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote our Christian apparel.
* Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and interact with followers.
* Design and implement email marketing campaigns.
* Monitor and analyse online performance metrics to optimise marketing efforts.
Admin/Business Support:
* Handle customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, and social media.
* Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and customer feedback.
* Assist in coordinating deliveries and pickups.
* Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* Passion for Christian apparel and the mission of The Kingdom Designs.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Experience with social media and digital marketing tools.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic knowledge of administrative tasks and customer service.
* Local presence in Leicester is a plus.
