Role Overview:
As the Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering infrastructure support and seamless systems integration for vital public-sector clients. You’ll manage and support high-stakes environments, ensuring that systems run smoothly and securely. The role requires hands-on expertise in infrastructure and server support, with opportunities to make a genuine impact through direct involvement in significant MoD and government-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive infrastructure support and perform systems integrations for various clients in the public sector.
2. Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Systems and VMware environments.
3. Oversee and maintain Active Directory structures, ensuring security and operational integrity.
4. Support the development and implementation of new infrastructure solutions aligned with government standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Security Clearance: SC Cleared – due to project requirements, candidates must be British nationals with existing Security Clearance.
2. Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with Windows operating systems, VMware, and infrastructure support within large-scale environments.
3. Active Directory Expertise: Skilled in the configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Active Directory environments.
4. Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to security protocols and operational accuracy.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
