Bennett & Game are proud to represent multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, who are currently seeking a Project Manager to join them in their rapidly growing Maidstone. The Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor will be working on projects across the residential, commercial, framework and fire safety sectors and will be responsible for project delivery of these schemes. They will also be involved in dilapidations, schedule of conditions surveys, tender reviews, party wall work and specification writing.

4. Salary: £40k - £55k DOE (possibly more for a strong candidate)
5. Start date: ASAP (happy to wait for notice periods)

7. Reporting to: Associate Director
8. Working hours: Monday to Friday

10. Minimum of 3 years' experience with another consultancy or client side
11. Relevant degree or qualification in Building Surveying
12. Full driving licence
13. To live within a commuting distance of Maidstone

14. Salary: £40k - £60k DOE (possibly more for a strong candidate)
