The role The Agile Coach works with cross-functional teams to promote and instil Agile principles, practices, and mindset across the organisation. This role involves coaching at the team, program, and organisational levels to improve project delivery, increase collaboration, and ensure continuous improvement. The Agile Coach helps teams effectively adopt frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, and works closely with stakeholders to foster a culture of agility, transparency, and high performance. What are we looking for? Strong industry specific experience in Agile coaching or similar roles Demonstrable experience in creating Agile ways of working, Governance, processes and procedures in a green field site Agile Adoption: Experience of guiding teams in adopting Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and scaling frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Disciplined Agile, and helping implement tailored best practices. Team Coaching: Proven track record of working closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to ensure they understand and follow Agile practices. Facilitate Training: Showcase experience of conducting workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to educate employees on Agile principles, frameworks, and roles.
