Key Responsibilities of the successful Lift Service/Repair Coordinator: Schedule and coordinate routine and emergency lift maintenance activities. Communicate with clients to arrange service appointments and address inquiries. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and service reports. Liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks. Monitor and manage maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Provide administrative support to the maintenance team, including processing work orders and managing documentation. Requirements of the successful Lift Service/Repair Coordinator: Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role Past experience in the lift industry Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
