The Role: We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support our students with SEN. In this role, you will: Work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to individuals and small groups. Assist in implementing Educational Health Care Plans (EHCP's) and adapting learning materials. Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. Support students in developing social, emotional, and communication skills. Provide one-to-one assistance where required, ensuring all students feel valued and supported. The ideal candidate will have: A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. Experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
