Reward Analyst

I am working with a global engineering company who are looking for a Reward Analyst to work closely alongside the Reward Manager. This is a great opportunity for reward professionals who are looking to broaden their reward knowledge and skills and gain experience in the international market. The role will include a mixture of business as usual activities alongside getting involved with some exciting project work.
About the role:
1. Supporting with cyclical reward processes such as profit share payments and annual salary and bonus review.
2. Salary benchmarking and pay budget setting.
3. Providing analysis, insights, and commentary on HR and talent data.
4. Support on strategic project work.
About the candidate:
1. Previous experience in a reward position and completing at least 1 full reward cycle.
2. Advanced Excel skills.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. Highly analytical and experience working with large data sets.
5. Inquisitive and eager to learn.
