The client operates a specialist neurological care centre in Hertfordshire, catering to individuals aged 18 and over with a variety of neurological conditions. Their mission is to enhance the health and wellbeing of their patients, promoting independence and supporting emotional and social needs through expert neurorehabilitation.
As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
* Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualised care using evidence-based guidelines.
* Collaborating with the inter-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
* Maintaining records in accordance with corporate policies and NMC guidelines.
* Delivering clinical care in line with company policies and procedures.
* Ensuring the care team adheres to the inter-professional evidence-based care plan.
* Managing patient care during shifts when appropriate.
