Calibre Search are pleased to be working with a thriving and new entity to the property market now looking for their second Senior Building Surveyor to join their in-house team in Central London.
After numerous acquisitions, the practice have grown expediently and offer a multitude of various property services to their high profile clientele with one of them being building consultancy.
Currently, they have one Director of Building Surveying in London who you will be working closely with (along with other Surveyors across other offices) offering a full range of services in technical due diligence and project delivery work on various construction refurbishments, alterations, and fit outs.
Perfect position for any Senior Building Surveyor looking for a firm who can offer a variety of projects, a supportive team culture, meaningful work incentives (charity and social events) and numerous opportunities to develop/progress your career with them and even the possibility to work internationally later down the line.

Relevant Experience:
1. Relevant degree qualified (Building Surveying/Construction Management)
2. Proven track record as a Building Surveyor (ideally within a consultancy/client-side environment)
3. MRICS qualified or very close to achieving
4. Experience or at least desire to wanting to manage and build a team eventually
5. Knowledge and experience working through RIBA Stages
6. Responsible for managing and delivering your own projects on time and within budget
7. Pre and post contract experience
8. Experience in commercial surveying experience - Pre Acquisition surveys/Dilapidations/Party Wall Disputes/Landlord & Tenant services
9. Dealing with Tenders, negotiating with contractors, procurement knowledge etc
10. Comfortable in Client facing role and developing Client relationships
