Bridgend County Borough’s ICT Service Area is committed to providing a customer led information technology service. Our aim is to exhibit continuing improvement in all its activities by concentrating on meeting the business needs of its customers by means of appropriate investment in technology and staff.
Working under the guidance of the Service Desk Analyst you will provide first line support to users across all directorates of the Council including Schools. You will help in the smooth running of the Service Desk function and will need to be customer focused.
You will possess an NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent, or the ability to demonstrate competence through experience of working in an ICT Service Desk environment.
