As an Event Manager, you will be an integral member of the Softcat Events Team. You will be responsible for managing and supporting a varied calendar of events which include our Annual Kick Off, Charity Ball, Partner Forum, Corporate Hospitality, Exhibitions and third-party events, Customer Roundtables, and Incentive Trips.

As Events Manager you will be responsible for:
Managing the end-to-end creation of events from inception to onsite delivery, ensuring events are delivered on time, to budget and are part of an evolving cycle of continuous improvement.
Managing Partner/Sponsor contribution and event attendance (exhibition implementation/stand build/creative design/sponsor packages).
Creating and implementing a project plan ensuring key milestones are clearly identified, and commitments are gained from stakeholders
Collaborating with agencies to source venues and to support with event planning and execution
Line Management Event Executive roles
Demonstrative experience of managing a broad portfolio of large corporate, 3rd party events and Incentive trips
Previous management of partner/sponsor attendance at events
Experience of Cvent Event Management System
Ability to think strategically and apply a programmatic approach to planning all aspects of event delivery
A highly creative flair and a passion for events
