About you
* A third-level qualification (for example, an HNC, HND, NVQ Level 4, Degree) or equivalent.
* Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
* A minimum of three years' management experience of:
o Delivery of successful OD projects and supporting organizational change, influencing, building and sustaining relationships to achieve results.
o Training / Learning & Development to include line management responsibility.
o Effective planning and project management skills.
o Providing advice and guidance to line managers on Generalist Human Resource issues.
* A working knowledge of computerized HR Information Systems.
What you'll do
* Advise on specific OD interventions, e.g. organization restructures, change management, and performance management.
* Provide and develop a high-quality HR & OD service to the organization in support of the corporate plan and people strategy.
* Liaise and communicate with the organization's recognized Trade Union Representative on HR & OD issues, as required.
* Provide cover for the other Officers within the Unit.
* Organization Development, to include Organization Design.
* Learning & Development, to include Leadership and Management Development.
* Performance Management.
* Staff Engagement.
* Health & Wellbeing.
