Job Responsibilities:
* Maintain the special mailing instructions accurately on both physical and electronic formats according to the up-to-date input and instructions.
* Receive incoming mails and cheques, sort mails, register and create records for signoff, identify priority mails, and reroute mails or documents.
* Perform physical document on-site archiving including filing and scanning.
* Fully convert the documents through multiple processes of receipt, preparation, imaging, quality assurance, and delivery of imager to the bank using the document scanning platform.
* Follow instructions as requested by bank customers and customize mail packs for dispatching.
* Maintain the dispatching instructions accurately on both physical and electronic formats.
Requirements:
* HKCEE/HKDSE or above with 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in helpdesk services, mailroom, printing, and scanning (preferred).
* Self-motivated, well-organized, and attentive to details.
* Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
* Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
* Excellent English and Cantonese, both written and spoken.
