An exciting opportunity has arisen to support and develop the Management Capacity within and across Specialist Children Services in NHSGGC. This post will support the network of both Specialist Community Paediatric Teams and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services across the 6 HSCP helping to drive integration with universal services to ensure a continuum of care is maintained and developed.
The post holder will also lead on the implementation of our neurodevelopmental pathway. This is an ideal opportunity for an experience manager with a background in Children and Young People’s specialist services. The right candidate will be professionally qualified in a health discipline, with a master’s qualification and or extensive experience in management, with a proven ability to engage with services at all levels and to remain calm in highly contentious situations.
