Customer Service Advisor
Location: Northampton (NN5)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 0800am - 1700hrs - 1 weekend day every 2 weekends (day given back in the week)
Hourly Rate: £11.44
Type: Temporary ongoing with the potential to become permanent after 12 successful weeks
We are proud to be partnering with an exceptional logistics provider who is currently seeking service-driven individuals to join their team. Are you a passionate Customer Service Advisor who thrives on going the extra mile for customers, or someone who enjoys speaking to customers and seeing a problem resolved? Duties:
1. Inbound customer calls relating to queries around the delivery of their goods
2. Speaking with delivery drivers, scheduling their next drop and/or confirming arrival at a customer's location
3. Booking in deliveries with customers
4. Writing emails to customers
5. Updating and maintaining the database with address details or updates on the query
The Candidate:
1. Exceptional customer service skills
2. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
3. Proficient in MS Office - Word and Email
4. Happy to be on the phone
