Audit subcontractor invoices, approve payments, and resolve any disputes efficiently. Ensure contracts adhere to compliance standards and maintain quality benchmarks. Request quotes from suppliers and prepare detailed cost estimates for projects. Oversee statutory approvals, certifications, and compliance requirements for contracts. Track contract progress and correspondence, ensuring all deadlines are adhered to. Maintain task logs for team members and ensure timely completion of assigned duties. Review team performance against KPIs and provide regular updates on progress. Participate in relevant training programs and attend meetings to enhance performance.
