Our well-established client in south Peterborough is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join them on a full time (37.5 hours per week), permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
* Processing and checking of data such as overtime, sickness, and other absences affecting pay.
* Ensure employee amendments affecting pay are processed in line with deadlines.
* Responsible for the monthly processing of the Office Base payrolls, inclusive of pay calculations and finalising pay.
* Responsible for the monthly processing of paper variable payment forms ensuring all cost centres are processed.
* Producing pay advices, P45s, P60s, etc.
* Responsible for checking the payroll run exceptions - ensuring anomalies are corrected before final run.
* Assist in the prompt implementation of pay awards & salary adjustments.
Requirements:
* ITrent or ResourceLink experience.
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a high volume payroll position.
Benefits:
* £24,000-£25,000 per annum.
* Hybrid Working (4 days from home per week).
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
