Main Responsibilities:
Provide expert technical support via phone, email, and other channels, resolving and escalating customer issues efficiently.
Engage with a wide range of technologies, including broadband, Wi-Fi, FTTP solutions, and evolving mesh gigabit access projects.
Collaborate closely with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
What we're looking for:
A strong understanding of RF theory and basic IP addressing concepts.
Exceptional customer experience delivery and problem-solving skills.
This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday) working from either Blackburn or Harrogate, with one weekend shift every three weeks (Saturdays).
We offer a competitive salary: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum based on location and experience.
