As a Retail and Stores Tutor you will be at the forefront of shaping the future leaders of the retail industry. Crafting comprehensive lesson plans, you will cover essential areas such as customer service, inventory management, and merchandising, ensuring students gain a holistic understanding of the retail landscape. Leveraging your proven expertise in retail operations, you will provide practical insights and real-world examples, equipping students with the skills needed for success in the competitive retail environment. Fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment, your duties extend beyond teaching to encouraging critical thinking and innovation, ultimately preparing students to excel in various roles within the retail sector. The successful candidate will deliver up to Level 3 Diploma in Retail Skills and Level 2 Certificate in Warehousing and Storage to students studying on the ApprenticeshipsNI and Skills for Life and Work training programmes. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the Retail and Stores Industry; and possess the motivation and commitment to see our students succeed on their programme of study. Ideally, they will have good mentoring skills and sound knowledge of working with awarding bodies and delivering qualifications.
