In this role, you'll be a guardian of business continuity. You'll apply our innovative resilience approach to identify risks, protect invaluable data, and facilitate prompt recovery in the event of a cyber incident. You will be managing our data backup services, providing our customers with a lifeline to their critical data when they need it most.
Your analytical and problem-solving ability will be critical as you monitor and analyze the pulse of our customers’ data protection environment, constantly fine-tuning and optimizing for peak performance. Through automation and analytics, you’ll diagnose issues and uncover causes, all while delivering incident recovery services that save the day. Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1. Deep experience designing solutions which comply with up-to-date UKI Regulatory requirements e.g., PRA SS1/21 ‘Operational Resilience: Impact Tolerances of Important Business Services’.
2. Deep experience designing solutions which comply with up-to-date EU Regulatory requirements e.g., Digital Operations Resilience Act (DORA).
3. Deep experience designing solutions which comply with NIST CSF Respond and Recover domains.
4. Deep experience designing solutions for full application stack recovery within defined RPO/RTO.
5. Deep experience in providing resilience architect support to business transformation and modernization programmes.
6. Ability to advise customers on disaster recovery best practice, identification of their Minimal Viable Company application platforms and associated business impact tolerances, and the ability to map these to the supporting infrastructure and foundational services.
7. Ability to design solutions for backup or resiliency solution to achieve customers' business impact tolerances to support requirements to minimize data loss of Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) and Recovery Time Objectives (RTO).
8. Experience of the development of technical recovery procedures for both system failovers or data recovery. Experience of planning and supporting enterprise testing of recovery tests for both failover and data recovery.
9. One or more Cloud Service Provider Professional certifications, e.g. Microsoft Azure Security Technologies, Microsoft Certified Cybersecurity Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, AWS Security Specialty, Google Cloud Security Engineer, Google Cloud Architect.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
1. Ability to lead projects from start to finish and work independently.
2. Open Group certification.
3. Experience of developing long-term architectural strategies.
4. One or more security certifications, e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP or CCSK.
