They deliver creative campaigns that cut through the noise and drive meaningful results, and now, they're looking for a dynamic Account Manager to help manage their growing portfolio of amazing clients. Job Overview: As their new Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to for clients and ensure their marketing campaigns run smoothly and exceed expectations. You’ll lead client communications, manage projects and coordinate with internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard. This role requires hands-on experience with digital marketing channels including Google Ads, social media marketing, email workflows and SEO. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build strong, long-lasting relationships. Develop a deep understanding of client goals, ensuring all marketing campaigns align with their objectives. Lead the day-to-day management of client projects, from briefings and timelines to execution and reporting. Work closely with creative, PR and digital teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including Google Ads, social media marketing (organic and paid) and email campaigns. Manage ad spend and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms to maximise ROI. Create and implement email marketing campaigns, including automations, workflows and audience segmentation. Monitor SEO strategies and collaborate with the team to improve organic search performance for clients. Prepare reports on campaign performance, including detailed analysis of KPIs for digital channels like Google Analytics, Google Ads and social media insights Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in account management, preferably in marketing, advertising or communications. Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, social media marketing, email marketing workflows and SEO is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering results. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, influencer marketing and PR campaigns. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Hybrid role - 3 days in the office. £30-40,000 depending on experience
