Our trainee roles at Specsavers are not your ordinary sales positions – you will join the team as an Optical Assistant/Call Centre Assistant, bringing your valued retail and customer service knowledge to meet the caring values and optical expertise of our brand, ensuring every patient receives the best care in our stores and over the phone.
Responsibilities:
1. Welcoming customers into the store
2. Using the latest up-to-date equipment to do general checks of the eyes, prior to seeing the Optometrist
3. Providing style advice
4. Measuring frames
5. Repairing/adjusting frames
6. Answering all telephone calls in a prompt, clear and friendly manner
7. Transferring calls efficiently
8. Responding to customer enquiries
9. Ensuring customer details are captured accurately when booking appointments
