Account Executive - IoT and Energy -
Motive Group are the exclusive recruitment partner for an Energy Tech business helping reduce Co2 and save money in the process.
What you'll be doing:
* ✅ Owning your pipeline from start to close: winning new logos and growing them into loyal customers across Professional Services, Retail, and Facilities.
* ✅ Engaging senior leaders at major global companies, particularly in Sustainability, ESG, and Operations.
* ✅ Using data-driven insights to prioritise your efforts and accelerate deal cycles.
* ✅ Learning daily from experienced colleagues who've successfully closed deals with multi-billion-pound customers.
Who you are:
* You've been successfully closing sales for at least 2 years.
* Experienced in selling directly to senior stakeholders—especially Sustainability and Operational leaders.
* Comfortable navigating significant revenue deals in commercial industries.
* Use to structured selling in a consultative environment. We use MEDDPICC, but experience of any process driven methodology is useful.
* Organised, humble, and eager to learn.
* Experienced with CRM tools (We use Hubspot).
* Passionate about sustainability and eager to join a dynamic start-up/scale-up environment.
