We have an exciting opportunity to join our Property Investment team as a Technical Administrator. The Technical Administrator will provide technical and administrative support to the team, with a particular focus on data validation, analysis and reporting. This is a varied role with plenty of opportunities to learn and acquire skills within the team.
We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team, but also use initiative and work independently, with a organised and analytical approach to their work and super attention to detail. We also seek someone who has experience in using databases and who has an understanding of social housing and what housing associations do.
Some experience in SQL analysis or Crystal Reporting would be beneficial but not essential and a full driving licence and access to a vehicle would be an advantage too.
Please use the covering letter as an opportunity to show us how you meet the competencies and skills required for this role and anything you think highlights how you are a good fit for Coastline.
