An exciting full time permanent position has arisen for a professional National Sales Manager reporting to the Managing Director of Promedics with an additional collaboration to the Aspen Medical Products Vice President International Sales.
The ideal candidate will manage a field-based team of Commercial Managers and have overall responsibility for the following:
* Driving sales objectives and building on existing revenue targets
* Maintaining and building upon the excellent relationships we have with our key stakeholders
* Identifying and acquiring new customers
* Strengthen our high performing Sales Team by mentoring, inspiring, coaching and guiding on all aspects
* Analyse trend reporting and formulate strategies to respond to these
This role forms part of the Senior Management Team and the applicant is expected to have a background which will support and aid our ambitious growth plans for the future.
You will have excellent communication skills and will work closely with colleagues from all other Departments to support accurate forecasting, marketing strategies and product development to mention a few.
This position will be home and field based with attendance at the Company’s Head Office in Port Glasgow, Scotland, required on occasion.
