This role is pivotal in supporting their financial operations and contributing to their goal of transforming businesses and communities. About the Role As a Treasury Support Administrator, you will be an integral part of the Group Treasury, a centralised function managing the cash and Treasury-related financial risks of the business. This office-based position involves supporting the Treasury team with bond processes, bank documentation coordination, and general administrative duties. You will receive comprehensive training and mentor support from the Treasury Operations team and the Bonds and Treasury Projects Lead. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Bond Administration: Digitally file bond documentation received from banks. Log daily bank fee invoice details. Assist in general administration tasks including drafting letters and emails. Manage email approvals and obtain wet signatures for bank applications. Reconcile internal bond data against bank records. Support the Bonds and Treasury Projects Lead with MyFinance related projects. Treasury Administration and Project Support: Maintain the shared Treasury diary and tracking schedules. Provide scanning, printing, and courier support for banking documentation. Coordinate and obtain wet signatures for bank documentation. Manage the review and distribution/saving of Treasury post. Handle the delivery and collection of confidential Treasury documents. Support general administration tasks and respond to ad-hoc or regular Treasury department queries/projects. Candidate Specification Proven experience working in an office environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and clarity in all communications. Ability to manage own workload and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Consistent productivity and output, with the ability to respond swiftly to requirements.
