Position: UK&I Marketing Executive (ideal early career development position)
Location: Norwich Hybrid (2 - 3 Days / week office based)
Reporting to: Managing Director, UK & Ireland
Employment Type: Full-Time

As the UK&I Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy in the UK&I market, driving brand growth, collaborations, engagement, and sales across our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development and Execution
1. Develop and implement a UK&I-specific marketing plan aligned with Hahnemühle’s global strategy.
2. Identify growth opportunities, trends, and customer needs to drive engagement and sales.
Brand Management
1. Maintain and grow brand awareness in the UK market, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with global brand standards.
2. Represent Hahnemühle at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to enhance brand presence and visibility.
Campaign Management
1. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
2. Collaborate with global teams to localise campaigns for the UK&I market.
Digital Marketing
1. Manage and grow Hahnemühle UK&I’s digital presence, including website, social media channels, and email marketing.
2. Analyse and report on digital marketing performance, using data insights to optimise campaigns.
Partnerships and Collaborations
1. Build relationships with key partners, including photographers, artists, galleries, and print labs, to drive collaborations and sponsorship opportunities.
2. Support marketing efforts for key collaborations with distributors and retailers.
Content Creation and PR
1. Oversee the creation of compelling content (blogs, case studies, press releases) that aligns with Hahnemühle’s tone and values.
2. Manage media relations and press opportunities to amplify Hahnemühle’s voice in the UK market.
Market Research and Reporting
1. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
2. Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, market developments, and KPIs to the Managing Director.
Skills and Experience Required
1. Experience: Minimum 2 years in a marketing role, ideally within the arts, photography, or printing industries.
2. Education: A ‘level’s or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3. Technical Skills: Familiarity & experience with social media platforms, basic knowledge of SEO.
4. Industry Knowledge: Interest / understanding of fine art printing, photography, or the creative industries is a plus.
5. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
6. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
7. Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
8. The ability to travel to Europe.
