What you'll be doing:
Working within a team that is the first point of contact for homeowners regarding any post-completion queries or matters arising.
Coordinate and schedule warranty and remedial works with contractors and site teams.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints and resolutions.
Provide follow-up correspondence to keep customers informed every step of the way.
Maintain records, update databases to ensure department reporting is accurate.
Assist the Customer Care Team to liaise with Sales and Site Teams regarding HBF Surveys
Provide administrative support to the Customer Care Manager.
What you'll need:
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, with excellent organisational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good problem solving skills, with a common sense approach...
