Position Overview:
Technical excellence is at the heart of what we do at Flaunt Digital, and we’re on the lookout for a Technical SEO Executive to join our growing team and make an impact from day one. You’ll report to the Head of Technical SEO and collaborate closely with cross-departmental teams to help uncover technical opportunities, deliver key performance insights, and drive client success. With roughly a 50-50 split between B2B and B2C clients—spanning industries from fashion e-commerce to tech consultancy—you’ll have the chance to work across a wide range of exciting projects.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on technical challenges, loves digging into data, and has a keen eye for problem-solving. This isn’t just about ticking boxes; it’s about crafting strategies that align with client goals and yield real results. You’ll also have the opportunity to train in data analysis and reporting, ensuring you can measure the impact of your work and uncover new ways to enhance performance.
Hours and Location
This is a full-time, permanent position. We offer hybrid working, which includes two days working from home per week and flexible hours when working in our Leeds-based office.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform analysis on client websites and advise the most appropriate strategy and opportunity.
* Perform technical audits.
* Keyword and opportunity scoping.
* Stay up to date with industry tracking and measurement techniques and best practices.
* Integrating tech SEO with web development.
* Performing CRO and UX analysis.
* Performing crawls and reviewing third-party data tools to identify technical insights to drive SEO strategy.
* Keep clients updated on campaign activity and attend meetings as required.
* Ensure all activity is aligned with client objectives and goals.
* Work closely with other members of the team and cross-department to uncover opportunities and enhance knowledge.
* Provide monthly performance reports and ad hoc analysis as required.
* Using Excel/Google Sheets to analyse data.
