Great opportunity to work as an Administrator for our client in Ellesmere Port. The administrator is responsible for supporting the compound and office functions during core hours, providing general admin support, and ensuring daily activities and reports are completed. Processing of vehicles from arrival, customs release, to load build and dispatch. The rate of pay is £12.42 per hour. This is a full-time role working Monday till Friday, 7am to 3pm. Your Time at Work As an Administrator, your duties include: - Responsible for ensuring ECOM vehicle documentation (DC41s) are built into loads, customs release confirmed where required then load confirmed/built in relevant systems. - Liaison with carriers. - Dispatch of vehicles from appropriate systems. - Customs processing support. - Monitor office supplies and advise management if low, ordering of stock where appropriate. - Administration relating to the ordering of and wages for subcontract staff. - Support for quality management systems on-site. - Compile and promptly issue daily and weekly reports as required by customers. - Deal with enquires via email and occasionally by telephone. - Support for Quality Holds and special requests - Proper usage and care of company and customer equipment. Feedback on the condition of the site and equipment. - Take part in team briefings and attend training as required on or off-site - Any other tasks as requested by the supervisor or management. Our Perfect Worker GCSE level or equivalent preferred including Maths and English. Good literacy and numerical skills are important. Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills, including written work and over the telephone are essential. Good working knowledge of Microsoft office including excellent Excel skills. Full valid UK driving licence is essential, held for a minimum of 2 years. The ability to both work as part of a small team and independently using own initiative.
