Key Responsibilities: Key Fundamentals of the Role: Reporting, Procurement, Meeting Management Supplier Management Maintaining Supplier Catalogue Ownership of the email automation for renewal reminders Liaising with internal Stakeholders to support on renewals and cancellations Updating and maintaining user access to suppliers in central database Technology Credit Card Management/Spend Coordination Shared inbox management Reporting Supporting the STC with completion of the monthly board Jira data pull for Sprint Reporting Other Business Reporting as required Financial Raising PO Requisitions Invoice management Spend tracking Budget Management Distributing Weekly Report to Stakeholders General Tech Ops Meeting management – coordination and ownership of room bookings, invites, decks TIPS Management Updating the Technology SharePoint Hub Tech Ops Process Implementation Projects Support on Technology Projects What will you need to succeed? Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs – Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Proficient in analysing information in excel – experience of using pivot tables would be beneficial but not required. Solid written and verbal communication skills; comfortable and capable communicating at all levels. Excellent Organisation and Time Management Skills, with the ability to prioritise task. Ability to be thorough and accurate when accomplishing a task (attention to detail).
