We are working with a prestigious private wealth law firm in London who are seeking a polished, corporate receptionist to come and join their front of house team, this role will require catering to high-net-worth (HNW) clients and being the face of the firm.
The Front of House Team plays a critical role in delivering and maintaining exceptional service, which is a core part of the ethos if the firm. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, the team is responsible for maintaining a welcoming and efficient reception and client meeting environment. The team manages a range of incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, and ensures seamless coordination externally and across internal departments.
About the Role
As the Corporate Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. You will play a pivotal role in upholding the firm’s reputation for excellence, discretion, and impeccable client service. This role is responsible for answering calls, ensuring client meeting rooms are set up correctly for use throughout the day and assisting staff and visitors using the office facilities. A key part of the role is excellent organisation skills and proactive communication with the rest of the team to ensure good coordination and a smooth running of the Front of House service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Warmly welcome clients and guests, providing a five-star front-of-house experience.
* Manage a busy switchboard, directing calls efficiently and professionally.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure all rooms are impeccably presented.
* Assist with administrative tasks, including handling correspondence and managing couriers.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless client service.
* Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times.
About You:
* Previous experience as an office assistant or receptionist within a corporate, legal, or luxury environment.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Immaculate presentation and a warm yet professional demeanor.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with a switchboard system.
