A highly reputable law firm in Doncaster are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commercial Property or Residential Legal Secretary to join their high performing and friendly Commercial Property department. Responsibilities: Managing and maintaining files, including opening and closing files, file organization, and file management Drafting legal documents and correspondence, including contracts, letters, and emails Dealing with clients both over the phone and face to face; providing excellent client care Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments Answering phone calls and responding to emails Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professionals Conducting legal research and preparing reports Providing general administrative support to the conveyancing team Requirements: A minimum of 12 months experience as a legal secretary in Residential or Commercial Property Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent phone manner Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel Ability to work as part of a team Strong organisational and time-management skills Familiarity with conveyancing processes and procedures Remuneration & benefits My client offers a competitive salary package, a friendly and close knit culture and the opportunity to develop and progress within the business.
