About the role
As a Reception Administrator, you’ll support the reception and administrative function of the team, completing administrative tasks, answering telephone calls and updating systems with relevant information.
Jobs Growth Wales Plus (JGW+) is a Welsh Government initiative that provides work experience and training opportunities to young people and unemployed individuals, enhancing their employability and supporting job creation in various sectors.
Your impact
• Handle incoming calls, directing them appropriately and ensuring efficient call transfers.
• Relay messages to the appropriate staff members promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional working environment.
• Perform general office tasks, including filing, photocopying, and faxing.
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
• Adhere to centre security protocols to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist in processing learner allowances.
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional, courteous, and welcoming manner.
• Oversee meeting room bookings, optimizing space usage to meet business needs.
• Support the wider administration function of the business as required.
What are we looking for?
Essential
• Minimum two GCSE’s Maths and English (Grade C and above)
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company)
