With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.

Role and Responsibilities:
The main role of the administrator is to provide efficient, professional and effective administrative support within Priory Supported Living Hull & East Riding.
1. Provides efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support to the service,
2. including document and report production, telephone enquiries, diary management,
3. payroll input, dealing with service user’s monies, petty cash, recruitment processes,
4. meeting and greeting visitors and other administrative tasks as appropriate.
5. Handle external and internal enquiries, passes on enquiries to correct departments.
6. Ensure that all information and documentation is correctly processed in line with policies and procedures in order that regulatory, statutory, compliance and financial requirements are met. Maintaining audit trails, processing pay roll on a weekly and monthly basis.
7. Managing budgets for spends in each department, processing orders and dealing with invoices.
Requirements:
8. The role holder should be educated to GCSE level or equivalent standard, with a high level of
9. English and numeracy.
10. The role holder should also possess excellent keyboard and PC skills with a basic level of
11. proficiency for the standard range of office applications such as word and excel.
12. The role holder will have exceptional organisation, reception and clerical skills.
13. The role holder organises and prioritises own work within established procedures, but refers
14. more complex issues to the appropriate manager.
15. Generally, the role holder will work within existing procedures and processes; however, there will be the need for a flexible approach to problem solving.
Previous work experience within an administrative, customer service, clinical, educational or
other appropriate background
