Bodyshop Advisor Position

With a track record of delivering exceptional quality and solid dedication to customer satisfaction, the repair centre is seeking a skilled Bodyshop Advisor to join their team.
As a Bodyshop Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for customers requiring repair services, working closely with the workshop and parts staff. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Liaising with customers and assessing their vehicle repairs, including detailed job cards for the repairs.
2. Scheduling vehicles in for their repairs.
3. Liaising with insurance providers to streamline the claims procedure, documenting and recording any insurance information.
4. Coordinating with Technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
5. Relaying the status of the repairs to customers.
6. Ensuring customers are consistently updated on the progress of their repairs and promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns.
7. Authorising repairs to be completed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. Previous experience in a Service/Parts role or similar role in the automotive industry.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Knowledge of software systems for booking vehicles in.
