* Your Key Responsibilities:
o Serve as the main commercial resource on event days, managing tills, PDQs, and tech to keep everything running perfectly.
o Prepare and review P&L reports pre- and post-event, utilising attendance and SPH assumptions.
o Contribute to weekly, monthly, and annual forecasting and budgeting.
o Create, analyse, and refine budgets, providing clear insights into contract performance.
o Partner with venue leaders to provide reporting, analysis, and business insight.
o Enhance Working Capital by managing debt, stock, and cash control.
o Facilitate seamless internal reporting and business reviews, linking venue and head office teams to ensure efficient finance processes.
* Requirements:
o Ideally AAT qualified or working towards ACCA/CIMA/ACA (QBE is also welcome).
o Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience in a similar industry.
o Proficient in Excel, with strong numerical and analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
o Effective communicator, able to present complex information clearly.
o Flexibility for occasional weekend work and some travel (driver's license preferred).
