SoloProtect is looking for a proactive and ambitious French-speaking Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across France. Based in the UK, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence in the French market.

What You’ll Do:
* Sales Growth: Directly contribute to sales growth through individual quota attainment.
* Pipeline Management: Drive significant pipeline growth (5X coverage) and manage it rigorously.
* Lead Conversion: Achieve a high conversion rate of leads to opportunities, prioritizing high-converting lead types.
* Opportunity Nurturing: Efficiently nurture opportunities to shorten deal development timescales and time to close rates.
* Market Identification: Identify valuable and emerging markets, acting quickly to capitalize on opportunities.
* CRM Management: Maintain detailed lead, opportunity, and activity records in Salesforce CRM system.
* Legislation Leverage: Understand and leverage regional legislation to develop and expand markets.
* Decision Maker Engagement: Identify and connect with decision makers within prospect organizations.
* Follow-Up and Negotiation: Perform follow-up and overcome objections to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Language Requirement:
* Fluency in French is a must for this role, as you will be engaging with French-speaking customers.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical and service-based sales with demonstrable results in solutions-based selling.
* Thorough understanding of RMR (Recurring Monthly Revenue) subscription sales.
* Knowledge and experience with CRM systems for pipeline management, ideally Salesforce.
* Prior experience in security or similar device-enabled SaaS solution markets.
Required Skills
* Fluent in French – spoken & written.
* Proven track record of building pipeline and closing opportunities above quota.
* Self-starter with a can-do attitude and infectious positivity.
* Strong negotiating and commercial skills.
* Entrepreneurial sales experience and a solutions selling methodology and ethos.
* Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and continuously seek improvements to deliver greater sales volumes and value.
