We're working a well-established full-service law firm who are looking for a Wills Assistant to support their private client team. Based in their office in Solihull, you’ll be supporting partners and other fee earners with a number of secretarial duties. This role is perfect for a candidate who is looking to progress their career in private client law.
Responsibilities include:
* Preparing and typing wills and getting them signed by clients
* Dealing with wills administration
* Liaising with clients face-to-face and via telephone
* Assist partners and other fee earners with day to day duties
* Provide administrative support including typing and preparing documentation
What we need from you:
* Strong attention to detail
* Some relevant experience in wills, probate, trusts, private client
* Ability to be organised & take initiative
