We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie, working 45 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days.
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual who possesses experience in fine dining restaurants, Rosette/Michelin experience would be preferable.

Package
11. £28,500 salary plus approx. £4,500 per annum service charge

What we’re looking for:
In order to be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate experience at a similar level position, at 5 Star, high Rosette or a Michelin kitchen as well as an aptitude for leadership. Those candidates with skills in preparing fine dining or deluxe hotel dining will be at a particular advantage.
You must be comfortable running a section ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
Your duties would include:
Assisting the Head Chefs and Executive Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen.
Setting an example and guiding junior chefs.
Be responsible for ordering for your section.
Be involved in menu development, inputting of ideas, systems of work and methods
To complete all flow training in a timely manner.
To comply with the statutory requirements for fire, health and safety, licensing and employment law and to ensure that other team members are also aware of these requirements and are working in accordance to them.
