They are seeking a dedicated Deputy Regional Lead to join their leadership team and help drive their mission forward. Manage and Develop Services: Oversee regional services, ensure budget compliance, expand services, and maintain professional networks. Exceed Regulatory Compliance: Act as a CQC Registered Manager, ensure high-quality service delivery, and manage quality audits. Collective Leadership: Support organisational growth, manage operational risks, and lead themed areas as delegated. Deputise for Regional Lead: Provide line management support in their absence and undertake additional responsibilities as needed. Relevant Experience: Operational leadership, safeguarding, and leading services for people with learning disabilities and autism. Registered Manager Experience: Ideal for someone with previous Registered Manager experience. Travel: Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as needed.
